Entering the temperature-controlled and humidity-controlled three-coordinate measurement room of SIKAIDA, multiple high-precision measurement machines are quietly operating. This is not only the final checkpoint for molds before they leave the factory, but also the "quality judge" that runs through the entire process of research and development, processing, and assembly.
Ultra-high precision three-coordinate measuring machine: The workshop is equipped with a high-precision gantry-type three-coordinate measuring machine, with the maximum allowable indication error reaching [specific accuracy, e.g.: 1.8 + L/300 μm]. For large cover sheet molds such as the rear panel of KQ5152 and the inner panel of the door, this equipment can be programmed with one click, automatically completing the measurement of hundreds of key points and generating a colorful deviation comparison cloud map, making the microscopic errors that are invisible to the naked eye impossible to hide.
Portable laser tracker: For large-scale modules such as car side panels and overall door frames, as well as the spatial position detection during the on-site assembly process of molds, the detection center has equipped a portable laser tracker. It functions like a "mobile ruler", enabling real-time measurement of the parallelism, perpendicularity and closing gap of large molds at the assembly site, significantly shortening the assembly and debugging cycle.
Blue light 3D scanning system: In the detection of complex surfaces and deep cavities, traditional contact-based measurement often has blind areas. By introducing a non-contact blue light scanning system, the inspection personnel can obtain millions of point cloud data of the mold surface within just a few minutes, achieving a full-size and rapid "physical examination" of complex free-form surfaces. It is particularly suitable for verifying the rebound compensation effect of deep stretched parts such as rear fenders.

In-machine measurement and closed-loop feedback: Some high-precision machining centers are equipped with in-machine measuring heads. After rough machining, the equipment automatically performs in-machine measurement and, based on the actual measurement data, compensates the machining path for fine processing in real time, achieving a closed-loop control of "machining - measurement - correction", thereby reducing defective products from the very beginning.
Data cloud chart for debugging: The results of three-coordinate measurement are no longer just a dull data table. The 3D chromatogram automatically generated by the detection system can visually show which area of the mold is thicker (in red) and which area is thinner (in blue). Based on this, the fitter technician conducts targeted adjustment and debugging, transforming the empirical "blind adjustment" into data-driven "precise adjustment".
Life-cycle traceability: For each mold manufactured, there is an exclusive digital measurement file. From the initial inspection of the casting's blank allowance, to the critical dimension control during the processing stage, and to the final full-size report during the final inspection, all data is systematically recorded, enabling full-life-cycle traceability of quality.
