    Graphite

    Graphite is a strategic non-metallic mineral, possessing advantages such as high temperature resistance (above 3000℃ in an inert atmosphere), electrical and thermal conductivity, lubrication, and chemical stability, stemming from the hexagonal layered structure of carbon atoms. As a professional graphite manufacturer in China, SIKAIDA has a complete production chain covering various graphite products.


    Main Classifications of Graphite

    1. Natural Graphite

    Natural graphite is a natural mineral, divided into flake graphite and cryptocrystalline graphite (earthy graphite). It is low in cost, has good lubricity, and is widely used in traditional industries.


    1.1 Flake Graphite

    Flake graphite has good crystallinity and is flaky. After purification, it has a fixed carbon content of 90%-99%. SIKAIDA selects high-quality raw materials for precision processing, applying it to refractory materials, coatings, lithium battery anodes, and other fields.


    1.2 Cryptocrystalline Graphite

    Cryptocrystalline graphite (earthy graphite) has a particle size of less than 1 micrometer, exhibiting good adsorption but poor selectivity. SIKAIDA has optimized its processes for applications in casting coatings, carbon brushes, and pencil leads.


    2. Synthetic Graphite

    Synthetic graphite is made from petroleum coke and other raw materials through multiple complex processes. It boasts high purity and stable performance, primarily used in high-tech fields.


    SIKAIDA owns a professional synthetic graphite production plant, strictly controlling every stage of production. The total ash content of its products is ≤0.1%, and it is used in EDM electrodes, high-purity semiconductor components, and photovoltaic ingot casting.
