SIKAIDA (Tianjin) International Trade Co., Ltd. was established in 2017 and is located in Balitai Industrial Park, Balitai Town, Jinnan District, Tianjin. At the beginning, it had only 2 employees. After nine years of continuous development, it now has a 20-person foreign trade team.

SIKAIDA (Tianjin) International Trade Co., Ltd. specializes in manufacturing and exporting large-scale automotive injection molds, stamping molds, small precision molds, mold bases, and precision mold components. It also exports high-purity EDM graphite raw materials, as well as graphite crucibles and other graphite products.

It has established a comprehensive supplier selection system, under which each supplier undergoes strict evaluations before a cooperation agreement is reached. Its suppliers are equipped with high-precision processing equipment and professional technical teams. In addition, to ensure that each order is delivered to customers with high quality within the agreed deadline, its SKD technical team tracks and manages the entire process from raw material selection to order delivery. The SKD project team conducts reviews and supplier evaluations throughout the process, and terminates cooperation with unqualified suppliers.

It has its own graphite processing factory, established in 2012 and located 50 meters southeast of the intersection of Fengze Second Avenue and Jianshe Road in Balitai Industrial Park, Balitai Town, Jinnan District, Tianjin. For over a decade, it has been dedicated to the processing of graphite materials and products, providing customers worldwide with high-quality graphite raw materials, graphite products, and professional graphite solutions.

The company has a professional sales team and a group of technical experts with years of experience in graphite processing, ensuring first-class pre-sale and after-sale services for customers.

Equipped with advanced graphite processing equipment and sophisticated production techniques, the company operates a graphite electrode processing department and a graphite product processing department. Currently, it has 20 high-precision engraving and milling machines, 2 vertical graphite sawing machines, 2 graphite wire cutting sawing machines, 1 CMM, 1 2D measuring instrument, 1 graphite-specific resistance meter, 1 roughness tester, and other advanced processing and testing equipment, which enable it to efficiently process various graphite electrodes and graphite products for customers.
